Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:
1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.
Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.
To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.
If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.
